The Customer Support is Digitech's main trump reflecting its ongoing effort to meet customers needs by providing the best service quality.
Customer support (hotline)

  • Personal requests follow-up with call management tool.
  • A team of specialists providing real-time answers to users (software usage, installation and updates procedures, dysfunctions).

The Customer support, consisting of a dozen people, manages the hotline and extranet. It regularly conducts satisfaction surveys with customers. It also manages the softwares installations on site or remotely as well as training sessions regarding products use and administration.
